Wind power
 The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 103 installed a 100-kilowatt windmill at its Freeport Street headquarters on May 6, 2005. Union leaders said the wind turbine, which will supply power for the union's training facility, will be a teaching tool for electrical apprentices and become a billboard for the renewable energy industry.
