Congregation Tikvas Israel

Building permit August 13, 1925.

Completed Sept. 14, 1926.

Brick and cast stone.

Weinbaum & Wexler, architects.


Later used as New Dorchester Hebrew School in 1945.

The building was sold in October, 1970 (Jewish Advocate Dec. 17, 1970, p. 4)

In 2004 the building was being used as the Prayer Room Pentecostal Church of Faith.
