A P.  Pearson Company

A widely known and popular food supply house on Standish Street, Dorchester – A. P. Pearson has built up a large trade hereabouts.

On May 22, 1907, the grocery house of the A. (Arthur) P. Pearson Company was established at No. 26 Standish Street, Dorchester.  The concern had been in the same line of business at Tremont and Park streets, Roxbury, for the last 20 years and thus carried a large prestige with it.  A. Mr. Pearson is a native of this state and has made his home in Boston for many years.  He is a member of several societies and is very popular among his associates, commanding the highest respect of all with whom he comes in contact in his business relations and has the unqualified esteem of those with whom he is thrown socially.  He is considered a valuable acquisition to the community.
