Dorchester's buildings and landmarks

Buildings, monuments and human-made landscapes help us to understand our cultural heritage.


Dorchester buildings date from the 17th through21st centurie.  Dorchester’s buildings exhibit the style that was current at the time of their construction, including post-Medieval, Georgian, Federal, Greek Revival, Italianate to the late Victorian styles and three-deckers.
