Among the leading merchant ‘tailor, in Dorchester is V. Vigdon, whose shop at No. 231 Bowdoin street, is well known to all well dressed men in the district.  M r. Vigdou entered into the tailoring business in the same street nine years ago and took possession of his present desirable quarters in 1906.   His store is spacious and there is a large, well appointed work shop in the rear part. There is to be found in the place at all times a large stork of latest designs and patterns in imported and domestic manufactures, from which the purchaser has a wide range of choice.  The Vigdon stock at the present season is especially replete with all of the most fashionable novelties and staples to be had in the great markets of the world, and a call upon Mr. Vii don at the earliest moment is earnestly advised, in order that all of the unusual advantages now offered may be had.  Cleaning and repairing is a specialty with this establishment, alterations awl women’s work being also careftully done.

Mr. Vigdon is a native of Poland  He has lived in Dorchester for the last ‘twelve years and is one of the most highly respected citizens of the district.  His patronage is drawn from the wealthier class of people, although his prices are moderate and attractive.  It doesn’t cost a fortune for a carefully attired man to patronize the Vigdpm store year round. If he goes there regularly, however. he will have the satisfaction of knowing that there is no better clad man than he is in the city.
