Architect – need to look for building permit
Built about 1885, the house at 29 Carruth Street was home to Lydia and Rebecca Humphrey from then until the 19 teens. Rebecca was a teacher at Dorchester High School. In the 2000 teens, the house was greatly expanded. The rear garage was razed to construct the new rear addition. The City of Boston Assessor’s website shows it as a 2-family.
