The Dorchester Beacon, October 26, 1907
Elias Hirshon
Druggist, 393 Blue Hill Avenue
This is an entirely new store, established about six months ago, and everything about it is bright, fresh and clean. It is well located for business, being on a prominent corner, in a good and growing neighborhood, without much competition and has every promise of success. The store is well stocked with good and pure drugs and chemicals, toilet articles, perfumery and cigars, and is amply provided with attractive sign, tastefully arranged and displayed, and is altogether a handsome pharmacy.
Mr. Hirshon is a young man of push and ability and is rapidly acquiring a large patronage. He is a graduate in pharmacy, a member of the State Pharmaceutical Association, of the National Association of Retail Druggists, and of the United Order of Pilgrim Fathers.
