Leicht & McCarty
Real estate, etc., 1385 Blue Hill Avenue, Mattapan
This agency was commenced on Jan. 1, this year, 1907, and the two young men who conduct it are making themselves known as competent and active real estate men., very persevering and businesslike, who will soon establish valuable and sound trade and will assist materially in developing this growing section, where an office of this kind has ample room to expand.. Already, several good deals in real estate have been made by the firm, and others are in neat prospect.
The two members of the firm, John S. Leicht and James J. McCarty, are practical real estate men, having learned all its details in Boston, where they were born. They do all the varied business usually carried on by the profession, including renting and selling of property, buying, exchanging on corn mission, caring for estates, rent collecting, loaning on mortgage, and a general insurance business.
The office occupied by them is handsomely fitted and well located, and one or other of the firm is always present to attend to business. Each one of the members is a notary public and a justice of the peace.
