M Somers, the popular and reliable druggist, established his model pharmacy, at No. 210 Blue Hill Avenue, Roxbury, 11 years ago. The store is commodious and convenient in its proportions, being finished in mahogany, and is eminently adapted to the attractive and effective display of the exceptionally tine line of goods carried there. The most conspicuous feature of the establishment is its handsome soda water fountain, from which delicious beverages are dispensed to the patrons of the store in the proper season. The stock of goods includes drugs of the freshest and purest kinds, chemicals, proprietary medicines, toilet requisites. perfumery, confectionery, stationery and cigars of the standard and popular brands. Mr. Somers pays particular and painstaking attention to the compounding of physicians’ prescriptions, realizing to the fullest degree the druggist’s responsibility in this important matter. He permits only the purest ingredients to Lind a place in these medicines, so that they may possess the highest possible power in healing the sick for whom they were prescribed, with the result that he has gained the complete confidence of the medical fraternity of this region, who rely greatly upon him for filling their prescriptions, feeling that the work will be done care-    well. Substation, No. 57, of the Boston post office is located in the store, as is also a pay station of the long distance telephone, for the convenience of patrons.
