I attended the Lewenberg from 1959 to 1962. What a wonderful school. I still remember almost all the teachers. in the seventh grade I had Miss Kirby. She was strict but when you left her class you learned something. She opened my eyes to reading novels and I still enjoy it to this day. I still remember the school song and I graduated in 1962 from the Morton Theater on Blue Hill Ave.
