Is this Dorchester High School or “Dot High” for Girls where the Civil Air Patrol’s Dorchester Squadron met once a week in the early evening? The squadron was large and had moved to the South Armory on Irvington Street in Boston. Irvington Street was demolished to make room for the Mass. Pike after I was a cadet 1952-1954. The Dorchester Squadron suffered a tragedy in the fall of 1954 and ceased to exist. Years later the new Boston Squadron filled that gap.
