Congregation Kehilleth Jacob

The name means Community of Jacob.

Original on Ormond, the congregation moved in 1933.  Their first Rabbi, Samuel L. Korff, was not hired until 1939.  In 1956 a Hebrew School was created.  In 1970 the congregation merged withYoung Israel at 6 Dakota Drive in Randolph.  In 1972 the building at 16 Fessended Street was was sold.
