CORNELIUS F HUBBARD was born on November 11, 1950 in Boston MA. He entered the Navy on March 7, 1969 and served aboard the USS Halsey. He was reported dead as a result of being lost overboard on July 30., 1969. For his bravery and ultimate sacrifice the City of Boston bestows upon SA CORNELIUS F HUBBARD the title of hero while serving in the Armed Forces of the United States of America.

Hubbard lived at 21 Speedwell Street.
