Charles Pappas United States Army 16 April 24 – 3 October 1944 George Charles Pappas was born on April 24, 1924 in Dorchester. He resided on 336 Talbot Ave, Dorchester. Pappas showed his love for our country when he enlisted into the United States Army on April 19, 1943. He served as Private and Technician Fifth Grade (Pvt–T/5). Pappas died in service on October 3, 1944 in France. He survived by his parents Charles and Haveklie.
