Now demolished, the house was listed in the Boston Landmarks Commisson survey sheet for 1569 Blue Hill Avenue. Construction estimated as 1790, possibly on the 1831 map. Early bldg transformed into a colonial revival gas station. Said to be the first school in Mattapan.
