My mother’s maiden name was Miriam Sheenan.  She lived at 94 Ocean Street.  She was born in 1920.  Her father was Frederick M.J. Sheenan, and he was an Asst. District Attorney.  My mother’s mom, Annie Finnegan was born at 20 Arcadia Street, She was one of 12.  My great grandfather, William Finnegan, was a liquor dealer and either owned a bar of liquor store near Neponset around 1900.
