David L. Ramsay United States Air Force 25 December 1938 – 17 August 1970. David Leroy Ramsay was born on December 25, 1938 in Boston. As a resident of Boston MA, he entered the United States Air Force and proudly served as Captain. David was killed in action in an air crash on August 17, 1970 in Quang Nam Province. He was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, the Purple Heart, the Vietnam Campaign Medal, and the Vietnam Service Medal. David is also honored on the Panel 8W, Line 120 of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial.
David L. Ramsay graduated from West Pont in 1964.
