Harry Beckman United States Navy 14 July, 1909 – 26 October, 1943 Harry Beckman was born on July 14, 1909 in Boston. He grew up in Roxbury and displayed his love for our country when he enlisted in the Navy on October 13, 1942. In the Navy, he proudly served as a Seaman First Class (S1C) during World War II. S1C Beckman died in service on October 26, 1943. Harry was survived by his parents, Frank and Ava Beckman, residents of Dorchester.
Beckman lived at 31 Pasadena Road.
