Located on Southern Avenue, at approximately number 60, backing up to the cemetery on Norfolk.
Architects: Parker & Thomas.

The school was certified as complete on October 12, 1905 although it was occupied for school purposes on September 13, 1905. Now converted to residential housing.

John Greenleaf Whittier was an American Quaker poet and advocate of the abolition of slavery in the United States.
