Kevin “Chappy” Chapman
Chapman was a native of St. Kevin’s parish who worked as Mayor Menino’s first liaison to Dorchester in the 1990s before heading up Boston’s film bureau. He is best known for his role as firefighter “Frank McKinny” in Ladder 49; “Freddi Cork” in Showtime series “Brotherhood”; “Val Savage” in Mystic River (2003); “Chappy” in 1999 The Boondock Saints.
