Walter R. White Square

The intersection of Columbia Road and Richfield Street was designated a hero square for Walter R. White

Walter was a past commander of the Francis Kane Post of the American Legion of Dorchester.  He was a World War I veteran, who died in 1933.  Walter had owned the South Boston Motor Mart.  He lived in Cambridge at the time of his death.
