Warrant Officer George F. Barry, Jr., lived at 46 Draper Street. He attended Boston Latin School, Boston Technical High School and Wentworth Institute.  He was employed by the Foxboro Co. in Foxboro before joining the Army.  He was attached to B Company, 158 Battalion, 101st AIirborne Division.  He graduated from the Army Aviation School, rotary Wing Division at Fort Runker, AL, March 24, 1970, and served in the war zone for less than a month when he was killed on May 23, 1970.
